How we work
- We work directly with client teams and in some instances through large agencies or consultancies who need specialist support with their client journeys
- We work as individual team facilitators and consultants, or as a full service agency managing implementation. In some instances we will run projects as interim managers to help drive change from within and provide an intensive period of support
- Importantly, we always work in partnership because transformation will only happen if the people in the business are engaged and leading the way

3. Creating the Journey
- We create big ideas and catalysts with client and agency teams
- We produce rich business or brand stories to engage target audiences
- We translate strategy into a map for the business to use
4. Activation, Inspiration and Momentum
- We engage wider leadership, employee and stakeholder groups in creative ways
- We plug into or adapt existing processes to create momentum
- We provide interim management for longer-term transformation
