Workshops and Facilitation
In some instances clients or partner agencies only require workshop support or strategic facilitation. We help design and lead workshops. We train client and agency teams to run or participate better in workshops. We provide specialist participants to challenge thinking, inspire creativity or provide the insight to identify business opportunities. We run a range of workshops to meet different needs, from global innovation sessions over 4-5 days through to 3 hour engagement sessions to immerse teams in brand or business strategy. Interactive techniques are used to get the most from the people in the room and linked computers help gather and order large amounts of input quickly and anonymously. Great planning and workshop design means that we get the most from the people in the room and reach the desired outcomes effectively and enjoyably.
